Carefully manage tax dollars and trim pork from the state budget
Submit the state budget on time, so no extended sessions are necessary
Be present at all sessions to vote the wishes of my constituency
Work with the Federal Government to solve the problem of illegal aliens – including driver’s licensing
Work to improve highway access, improve drainage, and provide adequate sewerage in District 3 and all of Eastern NC.
Work to improve education with the objectives that we need to spend smarter and reinstate the Boards of Education share of sales tax revenues that was taken from them in a budget crunch year
Clean up the Neuse River and prohibit areas up-river from sending their pollution down stream.
Work with small business to help them succeed and encourage free enterprise.
